Insurance and Fees
My fees are as follows:
- Initial assessment $160
- 45 minutes $130
- 55 minutes $140
I am an in-network provider for the following insurance:
- Aetna
- Blue Cross Blue Shield (PPO)
For any other insurance, payment is due at the time services are rendered. I will provide a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance for any reimbursement due you.
